Tech Risk Business Analyst

Your Role As a Technical Risk Business Analyst, you will play a key role in providing outcome‑focused risks and controls assessments that influence technology risks oversight over projects and portfolios. Responsibilities Domain Knowledge: Credit risk metrics, regulatory processes (stress testing, IFRS9, regulatory capital). Business Analysis Expertise: Proven experience in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and transformation projects. Analytical Skills: Strong problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis; SAS coding experience preferred. Testing & Delivery: Hands‑on experience with UAT, SIT, and Agile/hybrid delivery models. Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication and negotiation skills across business and technology teams. Change Management: Ability to anticipate operational impacts and ensure business readiness. Tools Proficiency: JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Visio, MS Office suite. Communication Skills: Clear documentation and presentation abilities; visual communication for diagrams/slides. Teamwork: Collaborative mindset; ability to guide junior analysts and foster positive team culture. Your Profile Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain great relationships with diverse stakeholders. Prior experience in project risk management. 7+ years financial services experience in risk, compliance, assurance or audit. Knowledgeable in NFR Hub and other risk toolkits. Technology/information security/Cloud experience. Good knowledge of Excel skills, with an eye for details.
