Robina Town Centre Customer Service Officer - Casual Trident Services Australia – Robina Town Centre QLD Join our Customer Service team at Robina Town Centre We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Operatives to be based at Robina Town Centre on a Full‑Time, Part‑Time and Casual basis. At Trident, our Customer Service team offers a supportive team environment where you are encouraged to do your best every day. With rostered shifts, this position offers flexibility so you can have a good work‑life balance. About you: You will enjoy working as part of a team. You will be positive and optimistic. You will be committed to workplace health and safety. The Position Trident’s integrated services team at Robina Town Centre delivers the customer service, security, cleaning, landscaping, and maintenance programmes. As a member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for: Greeting customers – in office or roaming the centre at various information boards Answering and dealing with telephone enquiries Issuing Robina Town Centre gift vouchers Issuing mobility aids for use in the centre Liaising with centre management and tenants Assisting centre management in marketing and other centre initiatives Skills and Experience You will have: Excellent personal presentation Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Why you should work with Trident: We are an equal opportunity employer.
