You’ll work on high‑profile initiatives spanning Learning, Recruitment, and Employee Central, contributing your architectural expertise within a complex, stakeholder‑rich environment. About the Role As the SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect, you will be responsible for shaping end‑to‑end solution architecture and ensuring alignment with business, technical, and governance requirements. Key Responsibilities Leading solution design and architecture across SAP SuccessFactors modules Translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and integrated solutions Providing architectural direction across system integrations and ERP frameworks Partnering with senior stakeholders to drive outcomes and manage complexity Mentoring and guiding architects and delivery team members Ensuring compliance with organisational standards, policies, and architectural frameworks What We’re Looking For Proven hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Learning, Recruitment, Employee Central) Strong background in solution architecture within large, complex ERP environments Experience designing integrated, enterprise‑scale solutions Excellent stakeholder engagement and advisory skills Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences 5+ years’ experience in solution architecture or senior technical leadership roles Experience in government or highly regulated environments will be highly regarded. Contract Details 6‑month contract, full‑time $1000 per day (inclusive of super) Brisbane CBD location Some flexibility in hours may be required to meet project milestones Why Apply?
