Storage Facility Consultant & Receptionist Storage Facility Consultant and Receptionist A casual position in a varied and diverse role at That Big Self Storage Place in our North Wyong office. The Storage Consultant serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance and assistance throughout the storage process. Our long established business is looking for a bright and energetic assistant to our Storage Manager as well as managing our reception area for The Henry Kendall Group. The role is initially two days per week with the possibility of becoming permanent part‑time 9.00am – 5.00pm. Extra hours available from time to time to cover for holiday and sick relief. No weekends or public holidays required. This position is for an immediate start for the right applicant. Responsibilities Conduct the daily opening and closing procedures Perform various administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing enquiries, taking payments, maintaining records and providing excellent customer support Operate office systems including Eftpos and storage software Actively promote and rent storage units; conduct facility tours to showcase available units and security Ensure the facility is clean, well maintained including vacant units; this includes occasional inventory of storage units Place advertisements on eBay and Marketplace Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities Qualifications Minimum 1‑2 years customer service or reception experience required Sitelink Self Storage software experience would be looked upon favourably but not essential Willingness to learn new skills associated with a sales and customer service role; training is provided Passion for delivering customer service excellence, with an above and beyond attitude and work ethic High attention to detail, accuracy, and organisation We take this opportunity to thank all applicants for their interest.
