Head of Ecommerce Location: VIC – Support Office – Full time Head of Ecommerce at 7‑Eleven Australia will lead strategy, growth, and optimisation of the E‑commerce offer within the 7‑Eleven Digital ecosystem, covering owned digital platforms and partner marketplaces (Uber Eats and DoorDash). This high‑impact leadership role requires strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and a passion for digital transformation. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the ecommerce strategy to deliver sustainable growth across owned channels and third‑party marketplaces. Drive continuous improvement in conversion, customer journey, and operational efficiency through data‑driven insights and experimentation. Oversee trading plans, merchandising, pricing, and promotional strategies to maximise reach and profitability. Lead enterprise‑wide digital transformation, fostering collaboration across functional teams to embed the necessary capabilities and tools. Champion personalisation, loyalty integration and frictionless ordering to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion, AOV and ROI; provide actionable insights to inform decision‑making. Manage significant budgets effectively, optimising spend for maximum impact. Ensure all ecommerce activity adheres to legal, ethical and brand standards. About You Extensive experience in ecommerce leadership within retail, FMCG or convenience sectors. Proven success in scaling multichannel ecommerce platforms and marketplace partnerships. Strong commercial and analytical mindset with expertise in CRO and omnichannel performance metrics. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to lead high‑performing teams and foster a culture of innovation.
