Warehouse Supervisor

Workfast is looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to join a Global Automotive Technology Leader in Gregory Hills, NSW . Annual Salary + Super Monday - Friday | Full-time Immediate Start | Long-term assignment 8:30am - 4:30pm | Monday to Friday Manage end‑to‑end supply chain operations, SAP systems, and freight logistics We are seeking a highly organised and experienced professional to oversee all warehouse operations and support a comprehensive supply chain strategy. This is a hybrid role requiring a mix of strategic oversight and hands‑on operational work. You will be responsible for minimizing transportation costs, maintaining 99.9% order accuracy, and driving continuous improvement projects. Requirements: background in SAP , advanced Excel skills, and experience managing International Freight Forwarders . Support : Work within a safety‑focused environment with a supportive management team. What you need Qualifications : Tertiary or post‑trade qualifications in Supply Chain or a related discipline. Experience : Minimum 3 years' experience in a Warehousing, Logistics, and Supply Chain environment. Licences : Valid LF Forklift Licence with experience operating High Reach and Order Pickers . Tech Stack : Strong understanding of systems is essential—specifically SAP and Advanced Excel skills (analytical skills required). Soft Skills : Self‑motivated, able to work independently, and strong written/verbal communication skills for stakeholder management. Safety : A strong commitment to HSE Gemba, safety protocols, and maintaining a safe working environment. What you will be doing Logistics & Supply Chain Managing Inbound & Outbound distribution for Australia & New Zealand, working closely with freight forwarders. Handling international and domestic freight tenders and resolving shipment issues/reconciliations. Creating Advanced Shipping Notifications (ASN), inventory reporting, and reconciling freight invoices. Liaising with suppliers to ensure on‑time departure and arrival of goods. Warehouse Operations Implementing and maintaining SOPs to achieve 99.9% accuracy for spot orders and forecasts. Managing packaging consumables, ordering new cartons, and eliminating wastage. Overseeing 5S standards, general housekeeping, and machinery maintenance inspections. Participating in annual physical inventory counts and cycle counting. Hands‑on & Assembly Picking and packing orders for daily requirements and monthly forecasts. Loading and unloading trucks and receipting stock into designated areas. Production planning and execution for Turbine Housing Kit Assembly . Processing warranty returns, labelling, and re‑boxing damaged goods. Recording weight and dimension data into SAP.
