About the Role We are seeking proactive and experienced individuals to join our team in two key leadership positions: Cleaning Supervisor and Maintenance Team Lead , responsible for overseeing daily, maintenance, and periodical cleaning operations across multiple client sites. These leadership roles combine hands‑on technical work with team supervision and require individuals who can coordinate staff, manage schedules, and uphold contract service standards. Both the Supervisor and the Maintenance Team Lead will play a key role in ensuring all contract cleaning services are delivered efficiently, professionally, and in line with Cleaning Melbourne’s quality expectations, while maintaining strong and positive relationships with our clients. The positions are ideal for a motivated leader who is organised, solutions‑focused, and confident in guiding teams while also performing specialised maintenance cleaning tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Supervision Lead, mentor, and supervise Commercial and periodical cleaning teams across multiple locations Coordinate staff schedules, task allocation, and workflow to ensure efficient service delivery Provide hands‑on training and ongoing performance support Maintain a positive team culture and uphold high service standards Hands‑On Maintenance Work Undertake specialised periodical cleaning tasks, including: Steam cleaning Floor maintenance and restoration Glass and high‑pressure cleaning Support the team with day‑to‑day and ad‑hoc maintenance cleaning tasks Respond promptly to urgent works and allocate resources effectively What We’re Looking For Demonstrated experience in commercial or maintenance cleaning Leadership or supervisory experience in a service‑based role Strong hands‑on skills in deep cleaning, steam cleaning, and floor maintenance Sound understanding of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safe work procedures Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong problem‑solving ability and high attention to detail Physically fit and capable of manual work Valid Working With Children Check & Police Check (or willingness to obtain) Why Work With Us?
