Disciplinary & Integrity Coordinator

The Disciplinary & Integrity Coordinator provides administrative and communication support to the Disciplinary and Integrity Manager and independent panels in line with Service Agreement criteria. This role focuses on case management, hearing coordination, and accurate communication between Zones, clubs, and NNSWF. The role will service as an initial point for general complaints handling which can either be investigated or passed through to Member Zones. What will you be doing as Disciplinary & Integrity Coordinator: Register and manage referrals from Zones and premier competitions. Prepare and distribute hearing notices and outcomes. Coordinate panel logistics and communication. Maintain case records and assist with reports. Ensure transparent communication with Zones and stakeholders. Assist the Disciplinary and Integrity Manager in maintaining red card data base/s and processing sanctions in an efficient and timely manner. Primary Responsibilities: Disciplinary Administration Processes: Process Match Day infringements, Code of Conduct complaints and Appeals of sanctions issued. Maintain independence, fairness and discretion in dealings with all stakeholders. Ensure Disciplinary offences are recorded accurately and notices issued in a timely manner. Managing Complaints: Ensure incoming general complaints are received and recorded accurately. Ensure complaints are dealt with and /or escalated in a timely manner. Disciplinary Hearings: Liaise with stakeholders and Disciplinary panels in the convening of Disciplinary and / or Appeal hearings. Reports : Provide stakeholders with reports on outcomes, trends and risks. Maintain data bases efficiently and accurately. Key and skills Attributes: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good conflict resolution abilities. Process driven with strong attention to detail. Comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to utilise and adapt to different technologies. Have a passion for football and creating a safe and enjoyable environment for all. The Fine Print: This role involves work outside of traditional business hours, including evenings and weekends. This role will require you to hold a valid NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC).
