The most enjoyable aspects of this role are working within the community, meeting new patients and seeing positive outcomes from interventions that are put in place. The successful applicant must have good communication skills to network with services within Dubbo and the region. Position is Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. It is based in Dubbo, where you will work as part of the Multidisciplinary Community Mental Health team and may be required to provide outreach to nearby areas. There is ongoing support and opportunities for further growth and professional development. Responsibilities Coordinate the recovery of people with a mental illness or disorder. Provide expert clinical services in collaboration with consumers, carers and other care providers. Use an integrated and person‑centred approach to service delivery. Network with other services within Dubbo and the region. Provide outreach to nearby areas as required. Participate in the multidisciplinary Community Mental Health team.
