Join us and make a real difference in a place that feels like home.**Key Responsibilities*** Lead, mentor, and manage a clinical care team to deliver exceptional aged care services.* Oversee clinical operations, ensuring quality compliance and resident-centred care.* Develop and maintain individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.* Drive continuous improvement in clinical practices and adherence to regulatory standards.**About you:**You bring a proven track record in clinical management, underpinned by a strong commitment to quality care, staff development, and continuous improvement.
