We are currently seeking a qualified Maintenance Fitter to join our team. This hands‑on role is ideal for a proactive tradesperson who takes pride in maintaining equipment to a high standard and enjoys working in a collaborative, supportive environment. About the Role You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving plant equipment to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. Hours Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm There will also be opportunities to work overtime as required for breakdowns or maintenance projects, providing additional earning potential. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on all production equipment and machinery. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new plant and equipment. Diagnose and repair mechanical faults promptly to minimise downtime. Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete required documentation. Liaise with the Maintenance Supervisor and production teams to prioritise tasks and coordinate repairs. Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within the maintenance workshop and plant areas. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency.
