About the Role Zenith Energy is seeking an Environmental, Social, and Governance Analyst (ESG) to play a key role in supporting the ESG team to deliver sustainability insights, reports, and improvement initiatives. What You Will Do Collect, validate, analyse, and support reporting of ESG data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness, and identifying recommendations for continuous business improvement. Coordinate the production and ongoing maintenance of Zenith’s ESG reporting frameworks, including Sustainability, NGERS, ASRS, Modern Slavery Statement, SASB, and Board‑level reporting. Track progress and report monthly against Zenith’s ESG goals, objectives, and key performance indicators. Contribute to the planning and implementation of ESG initiatives, including coordination of project deliverables against agreed timelines and budgets. Conduct and support materiality assessment, including internal and external surveys and ad hoc stakeholder engagement with clients, shareholders and suppliers. About You As the ESG Analyst, you should possess the following experience, skills, and qualifications for the role: Bachelor’s degree in business/sustainability, engineering, environmental science or data science. Work experience or internship in ESG data acquisition, analysis, and reporting. Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks such as ASRS, SASB, NGERS, or TCFD. Ability to analyse and present data in meaningful, influential ways. Strong communication skills and able to liaise easily and professionally internally and with external collaborators and stakeholders.
