If so, we have the perfect role for you Role responsibilities As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you\'ll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You\'ll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. About Goodstart Sheidow Park - Hutt Close Looking for a Nursery Room Leader. Supporting 0-2 years in a 12 place room. Our centre is a small three-room, 55-place centre, quietly tucked away off Lonsdale road, close to local schools and shops as well as community facilities. Our educators and carers work in close partnership with families and the broader community to deliver the highest standard in early learning. Outside, our playground areas are a balance of natural and manmade elements and play surfaces. Our two big beautiful outside yards and large undercover area which provides the children with all year round outside opportunities to explore with the guidance of our educators.
