What you’ll be doing : Actively hunt for new business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans to grow the territory. Build strong, lasting relationships with your existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction. Manage your sales pipeline and track major contract renewals to meet and exceed targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for your customers. Deliver engaging sales presentations and keep accurate, up-to-date reports on your accounts and pipeline. Use our Sales CRM to stay on top of customer interactions and opportunities. About you : You’re self‑motivated, organised, and confident working independently, but you also thrive on teamwork and connection. You'll bring : Previous experience in a similar B2B sales role, ideally in the commercial or industrial space. Excellent communication skills, you’re a natural at building rapport and solving problems. A proactive, can‑do attitude with the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines. Tech confidence, you know your way around Microsoft Office, and experience using a Sales CRM is a bonus. A current, unrestricted Australian Driver’s License.
