The team & opportunity:
Gold Coast Infrastructure Solutions (GCIS) is a Joint Venture between Downer and Ventia that has been awarded a 10-year contract to deliver water and wastewater repairs and maintenance services, renewals program works for the City of Gold Coast.
We are seeking a
Mechanical & Electrical
Supervisor
to join our dynamic team based at Arundel. You will play a pivotal role by providing overall co-ordination and leadership of site activities for M&E works. As an experienced Supervisor you will focus on ongoing improvement of work processes and service delivery improvement.
Our ideal candidate:
You will cultivate outstanding leadership skills, foster collaboration, and uphold a positive mindset, enabling you to efficiently oversee and enhance daily M&E site operations.
Electrical or Mechanical trade qualifications.Previous experience in a supervisory position, preferably within the water industry.Demonstrated experience in the planning, set-up, and execution of works.Experience with site-based subcontractor management.Strong time management, organisation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.A focus on process improvement and a commitment to driving a safety culture.What's in it for you?
