Storeworker - ACT

Based in Fyshwick, Canberra, you will be responsible for organising stock for our electrical installation teams and plumbers; optimising warehouse performance; and receiving and dispatch of goods for our national branches. You will also be doing the warehouse duties. Full training will be provided as required, both on an introductory and ongoing basis to ensure a strong development of skill and career at Solargain. Duties General warehouse maintenance and duties Receiving and dispatching of goods Operating a forklift Ensuring jobs are ready for daily workloads Stock take and stock control Following Workplace Health & Safety practices Assisting National Procurement team Skills & Experience Able to perform full-time hours, hours between 5:30am-5pm (shifts will vary between those hours) Self-motivated and committed Enthusiastic about accepting challenges and taking on new responsibilities Strong organisation skills are essential Requirements Preferred Truck License The position is open to Australian citizens &/or persons that have a legal, valid right to work in Australia.
