Venue Manager – The Roosevelt Lounge, Broadbeach Step into the glamour of the Roosevelt Lounge a cocktail bar where creativity, elegance, and artistry meet. We’re on the lookout for a highly skilled and imaginative Venue Manager to lead our team and continue elevating the Roosevelt experience. About the Role As Venue Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the bar’s operation, atmosphere, and guest experience. You’ll lead a talented team of bartenders and floor staff, curate world‑class cocktail menus, and bring bold, innovative ideas to life. This is a hands‑on role for a true hospitality professional who thrives in an environment where creativity meets precision. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 3 years’ experience in cocktail bar management Strong creativity and flair for designing cocktail menus Experience as a competition bartender is a major advantage Proven front‑of‑house leadership and exceptional guest service standards Confident in managing and motivating a team Solid understanding of recipe costing, stock control, and labour cost management Well‑presented , with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Deep knowledge of spirits, mixology, and bar trends Why Join Us?
