About the Role As a Relief/Trainee Building Manager, you’ll work across multiple premium residential and retail sites in the Sydney CBD, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring buildings run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Provide relief cover across multiple sites across Sydney Oversee daily building operations across multiple residential & commercial sites Serve as the primary contact for residents, tenants, contractors & stakeholders Conduct routine inspections to maintain safety, compliance & presentation standards Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and contractor works Manage urgent issues, emergencies & escalation processes Monitor access control, deliveries & building security Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and tact Adapt seamlessly to different sites, situations, and building requirements Who We’re Looking For You don’t have to be an expert, you need to be hungry to grow.
