The successful applicant will assist the Group Financial Controller with forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting for Jacob Toyota.Duties :Monthly financial reporting to the group financial controller and managing directorsMonthly reporting to manufacturers as per various deadlinesEnsure the balance sheet is maintainedDevelop and manage financial and accounting procedures and implement improvement measuresEnsure compliance with ATO, legal and corporate governanceAssist in the preparation of annual statutory reporting requirementsLead and mentor administration teamOversee all credit control and accounts payable functionsOther ad-hoc reporting and projectsWe Offer:Employee benefits and discountsOn-the-job trainingPersonal and career growthGrowth within the Jacob Group of CompaniesThe Requirements:A bachelor’s degree in accountingCA or CPA accreditationOutstanding attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to build relationships with staff and other stakeholdersTeam playerHighly organised with excellent time management skillsAdvanced Microsoft Office skillsGood work ethicAble to travel to WangarattaOnly shortlisted applicants will be contacted.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Report this job advert
