Project Management - Product Development - Business Improvement - Process Mapping - Market Analysis - Customer Relations PX4-022 - Long-Term Contract Position – 2 - 3 days/week Reports to: Process & Systems Manager, PX4 Software Salary: Fees will be commensurate with qualifications and experience Location: This position is preferably based in Brisbane and may require some limited travel. Key responsibilities: Process mapping: develop high‑quality process maps using PX4’s proprietary tools and convert mining legislation into process maps. Project management: implement process‑mapped solutions, generate reports and give presentations. Customer support: maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and provide seamless customer experience. Continuous improvement: identify new opportunities for product development, audit legacy workflows, and support PX4 business plans. Required qualifications: Relevant mining industry experience. Relevant tertiary qualifications or an equivalent competency level acquired through professional practice. Work experience and skills: At least five (5) years of demonstrated experience in process mapping in a tenement management context. Demonstrated experience with project management teams. Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Proven ability in issue identification, analysis, research, problem solving, and innovative process map solutions. Proven ability to monitor progress across multiple tasks and deliver outcomes on time and within budget. Demonstrated practical experience in stakeholder relationships and collaboration with First Nations communities. Excellent skills in MS 365 suite, MS Visio, SharePoint; experience with Miro and/or Figma highly regarded. A good working knowledge of AI highly regarded. Special aspects of the role: Some on‑call and out‑of‑hours work may be required. Interstate and overseas travel involving road/airline travel and overnight absences from home may be required.
