You’ll be a brand ambassador, nurturing client relationships, elevating our service standards, and contributing to a positive, empowered team culture. We are seeking a therapist who is open to working Saturdays or alternate Saturdays on a rotating roster. Full‑time role available, but we are also open to creating a shared part‑time arrangement for the right candidates (e.g., 2 × part‑time therapists). Key Responsibilities Perform a range of treatments: facials, skin treatments. Recommend treatment plans and retail products to clients. Maintain hygiene, safety, and treatment protocols in line with brand standards and local regulations. Build rapport with clients to personalise each treatment and recommend home skin routines. Engage in structured training, reflective practice sessions, and regular team communication to foster continuous improvement. Support seasonal promotions, new product launches, and in‑spa events with creativity and enthusiasm. Collect client feedback and contribute ideas for service enhancements and workflow efficiency. Model our core values in every interaction and help cultivate a warm, inclusive spa environment. Qualifications & Skills Diploma of Beauty Therapy (SHB50121 or equivalent). Prior experience in spa, salon or clinic settings preferred. Outstanding communication skills and genuine passion for skin health and anti‑ageing. Collaborative mindset and commitment to empowering colleagues. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Eagerness to pursue ongoing professional development. Familiarity with Simple Salon software preferred but not essential (training provided). Experience with Synergie Skin preferred but not essential (training provided). Experience with advanced skin treatments, including skin needling, IPL, microdermabrasion preferred but not essential (training provided).
