Exercise Physiologist/Occupational Therapist

Exercise Physiologist/Occupational Therapist Full‑time role (will consider part‑time) Work across our sites in Hobart, Glenorchy and Rosny Park Additional travel to Launceston (depending on needs and expenses covered) Make a difference to the community by delivering vocationally focussed clinical services to a wide range of clients. The Opportunity Conduct health and vocational assessments, and deliver evidence‑based clinical interventions Provide individual and group interventions, workplace services, health and wellbeing seminars, and telehealth services Use your discipline‑specific skills to address health and vocational barriers, increase employability, and support sustained employment Support clients with a range of clinical presentations and psychosocial barriers Participate in regular clinical supervision and training for professional development Collaborate with various stakeholders and employers to improve client outcomes Provide specialist services including manual handling training, ergonomic assessments, FCEs, pre‑employment screens and workplace assessments About you Exercise Physiologist with ESSA membership or Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with AHPRA registration Experience building work capacity or working in a return to work setting preferred Strong organisation and time management skills Proven ability to motivate and genuinely engage with people Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check, Police Check and MyID Drivers licence More than just a salary Professional Development fund "Purple Perks" Staff Discounts from a large number of well‑known retail/travel and adventure companies Gender neutral paid parental leave of 12 weeks Superannuation contributions paid for women during the first 12 weeks of any unpaid parental leave Ability to purchase or cash out annual leave Flexible working arrangements Education assistance and study leave Proven career development and promotion opportunities Access to EAP for both you and your family Who Are We?
