We partner with clients to deliver excellence in data centre construction, compliance, and operational readiness. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and ISO accredited Lead Auditor with a strong background in construction quality assurance to support our clients and internal teams on a quarterly basis. This role will involve auditing multiple data centre projects, identifying gaps, and providing pragmatic, solution-oriented recommendations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Conduct quarterly ISO audits across multiple client sites and projects. Assess construction quality processes, documentation, and execution. Deliver clear, actionable audit reports with practical solutions. Collaborate with client stakeholders and project teams to drive improvements. Support internal quality initiatives and contribute to best practice frameworks. Maintain audit schedules and ensure timely delivery of findings and recommendations. Required Qualifications & Experience ISO Lead Auditor Accreditation (IRCA or equivalent). Minimum 5 years' experience in construction quality auditing, preferably within data centre or mission-critical environments. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, QA / QC processes, and regulatory standards. Excellent communication skills – able to engage with senior stakeholders and site teams. Proven ability to offer solutions, not just identify problems. Comfortable working independently and managing multiple engagements. Engagement Structure Quarterly audits (Q..., Q1–Q...). Flexible working arrangements with site visits as required. Competitive day rate based on experience and scope.
