As an international team of 300+ we work across 9 locations to deliver projects that span diverse sectors including mining, major infrastructure and renewables. Graduate Program Overview Our 2‑year Graduate Program officially kicks off in February. Year one and two graduates will gather for a 2‑day residential in Sydney, giving you the chance to connect with fellow graduates and leaders who will support you throughout your journey. Learning and Development Involvement in real projects to learn fundamental industry skills and knowledge Information and Q&A sessions with key employees, leaders and past graduates Regular meetings with your Team Leader and mentors Formal performance and development reviews to track and progress towards key development milestones Participation in external networking activities such as Engineers Australia or local young professionals groups Flexibility and Support Flexibility: If you can perform your job effectively from another location, why not? EMMers work from our offices, their homes, on client and project sites. FlexEMM allows you to find your own rhythm. Multi‑disciplinary Teams: Working within our international delivery model gives you access to a wider range of projects and teams beyond your own technical expertise.
