Zeal Futures is opening a brand-new independent secondary school in 2026 for years 9 and 10, to foster an engaging, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. This role will deliver engaging, individualised learning programs aligned with student needs, along with: Fostering a positive, supportive environment that promotes confidence, resilience and growth. Planning, designing and delivering flexible, differentiated learning programs that respond to individual student needs and actively engages students in their own learning according to NESA requirements. Providing timely and specific feedback to students to support their learning growth. Using data and assessment outcomes to inform your teaching practice, monitor student progress, and contribute to the development of innovative practices and school culture. Building and maintaining positive, trusted, and professional relationships through collaboration with students, families, our Zeal Futures team, and external agencies. Maintain accurate records, reporting and communication with students and families. Participating in school events, professional development opportunities and other extracurricular activities. What you’ll bring to the table Relevant qualifications and registration (e.g., NESA accreditation for teachers). Experience working with students with diverse needs.
