Forklift Operator - CHILL Location: Silverwater, New South Wales, Australia Base pay range: A$68,000.00/yr - A$70,000.00/yr Overview We are looking for a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator to support our busy refrigerated warehouse operations. You will play an important role in safely loading, unloading, moving products, and pick‑packing orders to ensure smooth and efficient logistics. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment Must hold a valid Forklift License with proven operating experience High Reach Forklift experience highly desirable Ability to operate various types of warehouse equipment safely and effectively Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols Flexibility to work shifts of all times and weekends as needed Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 kg Must pass a National Police Check and Pre Employment Medical Benefits $34.45 per hour + super + penalties Supportive Team Fortnightly Pay & Consistent Hours (Monday - Friday: 7am-3pm) Hours may change in the future dependent on business needs but still will be FT hours Weekend Rates: Applicable penalty rates as per the Storage Services and Wholesale Award Contract & Location Contract Type: CASUAL EMPLOYMENT to start with a view to going permanent. Location: CHILL – Silverwater NSW 2128. As part of CHILL’s recruitment process, a successful applicant must undergo a National Police Criminal History Check & Medical Check. You must have the right to live and work in Australia. If you are based within 20‑30 kilometres of Silverwater and have flexible availability, you will be a strong candidate.
