Help deliver safety excellence on a landmark health project valued at over $450m in Ultimo with RCC. 18th November, 2025 At Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC) , we’re proud to be delivering a significant major health project in Ultimo. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on safety standards in a complex, high‑profile environment. To support this initiative, we’re seeking a passionate Safety Coordinator/Advisor to join our based on‑site in Ultimo. Support project teams with WHSE systems and compliance aligned to RCC’s Project Management Plan. Promote a proactive safety culture through mentoring and coaching. Analyse safety data and contribute to continuous improvement strategies. Assist with the rollout of safety technologies (e.g., HammerTech). What We’re Looking For Experience in construction safety coordination, ideally on health or complex building projects. Relevant WHS qualifications and certifications. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Confidence using digital safety systems. Ability to commute via public transport (no parking available).
