Requirements for this role: Looking for candidates available to work: Mon morning Tue morning Wed morning Thu morning Fri morning 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role Expected salary: $95,000 - $100,000 per month About the Role The Warehouse Supervisor plays a key role in driving efficiency and accuracy across our warehouse operations. This position requires strong expertise in warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics management — ensuring a positive impact on production flow and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Layout & Optimization: Plan and manage warehouse space to support high-volume manufacturing operations, optimising layout for freight turnover, product size and weight, and workflow efficiency in collaboration with the Operations Manager. Inventory Management: Work closely with the Production and Purchasing team to monitor stock levels, raw materials, and finished goods to ensure timely availability for production and dispatch. Logistics Coordination: Oversee loading and unloading of goods using forklifts and other equipment. Coordinate with the Customer Service team on daily freight movements to customers, ensuring all delivery and dispatch paperwork is accurately completed and signed off. Team Leadership: Supervise warehouse staff, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and support staff in high-demand situations. Training & Performance: Support the Operations Manager in recording KPIs, participating in performance reviews, and engaging in coaching and training to enhance team and individual performance. Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to WHS standards, company policies, and manufacturing compliance requirements. Pick & Pack Operations: Hands on packing of goods from production, consolidation, palletising, and system-based picking and packing for sales and dispatch orders. Occupational Health and Safety Accountabilities In line with company policies work towards maintaining a safe and healthy workplace and to assist in the achievement of Company objectives regarding OH&S Key Performance Measures System & Process Compliance: 100% Warehouse and despatch processes and ERP transactions completed accurately and on time. Safety Performance: 0 injuries / 0 LTIs Promote and maintain a safe warehouse environment. Stock Accuracy / Integrity: 100% Maintain inventory accuracy through daily handling, correct transactions and periodic verification. DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time): ≥ 95% Domestic orders despatched within 48 hours of order instruction. Cycle Count Completion: Monthly Conduct regular cycle counts as per schedule and report findings monthly. Core Competencies/Skill Requirements Skills and capabilities are personal and technical attributes, which contribute to competent and effective employee performance. About You We are looking for a proactive and hands‑on leader who thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment. To succeed in this role, you will have: Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse supervision, ideally within a manufacturing or assembly environment. Proven experience coordinating both domestic and international freight. Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive, “can‑do” attitude. Ability to perform under pressure, especially during peak production and export periods. Hands‑on leadership style and willingness to work alongside the team when required. Flexibility to work occasional weekends (e.g. stocktake or operational needs). Physical capability and willingness to perform manual handling or heavy lifting when needed. Strong communication and coordination skills across departments (Production, Purchasing, QA, Sales). Commitment to workplace safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. Have a proven understanding of Warehouse and Dispatch systems and processes. Intermediate skills in using MS Office – Word, Outlook, Excel and databases. Possess current Fork lift license.
