The Role The HR Coordinator provides expert administrative and coordination support throughout every phase of the employee lifecycle. In addition, this role will be gaining exposure to the OH&S and Training functions. This role involves coordinating key HR and Safety processes, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to our workplace remaining safe, compliant and a positive experience for our people. Key Activities Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes and documentation Maintain HR systems and OHS databases with accuracy and confidentiality Handle internal WorkCover claims and ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) regulations Assist with incident reporting, audits, and safety documentation Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR and OH&S systems and processes About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Sound understanding of HR processes, OH&S procedures and relevant legislation Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality in your work. Exceptional organisation, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to build positive relationships quickly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. What’s on offer?
