Social Media Manager & Content Specialist (Medical Aesthetics / Beauty) We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Manager & Content Specialist to manage and grow the digital presence of Modern Cosmetics, a premium medical aesthetics clinic based in Australia. This role focuses on organic social media growth, brand positioning, content execution, and community engagement within the medical aesthetics space. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social media platforms, visual storytelling, and content strategy, with a preference for candidates who have experience in medical, skincare, or healthcare-related industries. This role does not require heavy paid ads management — the focus is on high-quality content, consistency, and brand growth. Key Responsibilities Manage and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Write engaging, on‑brand captions aligned with a luxury medical aesthetics brand Repurpose content into reels, carousels, and stories Assist with content planning and monthly calendars Monitor DMs, comments, and community engagement Track basic analytics (reach, engagement, growth) Ensure all content aligns with medical advertising guidelines Coordinate with the clinic owner for approvals and brand consistency.
