If you're a supermarket retail professional with a flair for leadership, a love for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and the determination to make a real impact, we want you on our team What you'll need: Excellent communication, leadership and people management skills that nurture and drive team performance and engagement Minimum 2+ years of team leadership experience Extensive experience in the fresh food department, especially produce, including ordering, stocktakes, merchandising, inventory control, managing promotional displays, ensuring stock rotation and freshness, and leading a team to meet sales and presentation standards Stock management experience, with skills in planning, merchandising and strong attention to detail Energy and a positive mind-set, as well as a love of working with food and people (both team members and customers) Availability to work full-time on an agreed roster across our span of trading hours, including some early and late shifts, and alternate weekends An in-depth knowledge of daily retail operations, including opening / closing procedures, cash handling and following WH&S and Food Safety regulations Physical fitness for lifting and standing This role would suit an ambitious and experienced food retail professional who aspires to one day become a Store Manager.
