This role is ideal for someone who can identify top-tier workers, manage high-volume recruitment, and confidently secure the right personnel for Concrete, Formwork, and general Construction roles. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and select skilled construction workers including Concreters, Formwork Carpenters, Riggers, and General labour personnel. Assess technical capabilities and industry experience to ensure only high-quality applicants are shortlisted. Understand industry-specific cultural differences, particularly when recruiting across diverse regions. Maintain strong communication with internal teams and hiring managers. Drive recruitment results through a sales-focused, target-driven approach. Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future projects. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in recruitment, HR, sales, or talent acquisition. Strong background in sales or business development, with confidence in negotiation and persuasion. Understanding of construction industry requirements and trade-specific competencies. Ability to operate independently from a remote office while delivering consistent outcomes.
