About You We’re looking for a sales go-getter ~ Someone who’s seeking more than a traditional management role but a chance to inspire, motivate, and elevate customer experiences, helping them create unforgettable adventures. A collaborative team player and strong communicator, passionate about fostering a positive and high-performing work environment that motivates and inspires Available to work a set roster (Sunday – Thursday) Holding a LF forklift license is a strong advantage, helping you contribute to operational needs and enhance overall efficiency. The Role As our Assistant Sales Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving store success through operational excellence, team leadership, and customer engagement. Your Mission : Collaborate with the store leadership team to achieve daily and weekly targets, monitor sales performance, and implement strategies that drive success and surpass store KPIs. Ensure the store consistently looks flawless and operations run smoothly, from counter service to shift transitions, maintaining excellence at every step. Help oversee daily operations, including managing rosters, visual merchandising, and inventory, ensuring a seamless customer experience every time. Assist in coaching, inspiring, and leading the team to exceed individual goals, fostering a culture of growth and achievement that drives store success Create a vibrant, high-energy team environment, motivating every team member to perform at their best while maintaining a safe and enjoyable workplace.
