Roster: 7D7N14R ex Perth We're seeking a motivated Process Operator to join our team in the Wet Plant at Iron Bridge. You’ll be part of a diverse, supportive team committed to safety, innovation, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor wet or dry plant processing equipment safely and efficiently Follow Standard Work Instructions to ensure consistent performance Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues Provide clear and thorough shift handovers and maintain daily reports/logs Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance Identify and mitigate hazards promptly to maintain a safe work environment Qualifications and Experience Experience operating large-scale wet or dry processing plants (mining experience highly regarded) Strong safety focus and ability to conduct risk assessments Previous exposure to control room operations is advantageous Mobile plant operation experience (Front End Loader, Skid Steer, Overhead Crane, Telehandler) desirable Excellent communication skills, including effective two-way radio communication A valid C Class Driver’s Licence About Us Be part of something big.
