Based in Bundaberg, we supply customers across Australia and are looking for a couple of motivated and reliable team members to join our dynamic business. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on, practical work and wants to be part of a supportive team within a growing Australian manufacturer. About the Role As an Oven Operator , you’ll be an important part of our production team, helping to create Enmach’s high‑quality poly products. Your key tasks will include: Preparing and assembling moulds for production Loading and unloading moulds Monitoring oven cycles, temperatures, and timing to ensure consistent product quality Inspecting and finishing products once moulding is complete Performing general housekeeping and maintenance around your workstation What We’re Looking For A good attitude and strong work ethic Physically fit and comfortable with hands‑on work Competent with hand and power tools Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Driver’s licence and reliable transport Forklift licence or fabrication experience – an advantage but not essential What’s on Offer Minimum 38 hours per week Monday to Friday roster with early Friday finishes at 1:00 PM Possible night shift roles Above award pay and opportunities for skill development A stable, long‑term role with a growing local manufacturer A supportive, family‑run company culture Join Our Team If you’re reliable, take pride in your work, and want to be part of a great Australian manufacturing team — we’d love to hear from you.
