Requirements for this role Flexible hours available 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role Residential Cleaner, Raquel's Home Services Location: Northern Rivers and surrounding suburbs Hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 35 hours per week, 8 am to 6 pm preferred Role type: Subcontract with the potential for ongoing contract work and Casual positions. The role You will complete Bond/End of Lease cleans to a high standard, including the possibility to branch out into other similar work such as renovation and commercial cleaning. Daytime work, consistent runs where possible, and a friendly office team to help with scheduling and questions. What you will do End of Lease cleaning in accordance with our cleaning checklist Take simple before and after photos, and note any issues Liase with our administration team who handle clients and the management staff Travel between jobs using your own vehicle (or car pool with partner where possible) Must haves Valid driver’s licence and reliable car Current National Police Check Smartphone for schedules and photos Reliable, punctual, and professional Residential cleaning experience (Can and will be provided) Current valid Public liability insurance certificate of currency (For Subcontractors) Strong attention to detail and a friendly customer service approach Ties to the community from people who are locally based are highly regarded Why work with us Approximately 35 hours per week targeted where possible Supportive management team who answer the phone and solve problems Clear checklists and quality standards so you always know what good looks like Real pathway to expand your role if you want more responsibility How to apply Email your resume and a short note about your availability to ******@lismorecleaner.com.au with the subject line Residential Cleaner Application.
