The Role Join our Corrigin team as an Electrical Apprentice and kickstart your career with hands‑on training and expert mentorship, offering guidance from experienced Tradespeople who are committed to helping you succeed. Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll gain practical skills and industry knowledge through on‑the‑job experience and formal education in electrical systems, safety standards and regulations—all leading towards obtaining your Certificate III Electrotechnology Electrician. Roster: Standard shifts are Monday to Friday, with optional weekend work and additional hours during harvest period as needed. Key Responsibilities Assist in the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical wiring, fixtures and systems across residential, commercial or industrial sites Learn and adhere to electrical codes, safety procedures and regulations Help inspect electrical components and wiring for faults or compliance issues Follow job site safety practices and report potential hazards promptly Document work completed, communicating progress to supervisors Attend and complete classroom‑based training as part of the apprenticeship program About You Enrolled or willing to enrol in a Certificate III Electrotechnology Electrician (or equivalent) Basic understanding of electrical theory and mathematics Current driver’s licence (preferred) Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces and in areas with high grain dust concentrations Desirable Previous experience in a construction or trade environment or completion of a pre‑apprenticeship Knowledge of workplace health and safety (WHS) practices Why work with CBH?
