You'll help ensure smooth processes, assist leaders, and contribute to a positive workplace culture that values growth and innovation. This role offers variety and impact, combining HR generalist with recruitment responsibilities in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. What You’ll Do Provide HR Support to leaders with HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements. Coordinate employment variations, onboarding, and other employee lifecycle activities. Support the implementation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and the Enterprise Agreement. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for Queensland-based roles. Assist with Employee Relation matters, including performance management and grievance handling. Help the team conduct risk assessments to mitigate people-related risks. About You Strong understanding of HR processes and employment legislation. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities. Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
