Lucent Globe is an Australian-born sustainable home brand on a mission to make eco‑friendly living simple. We’re growing rapidly and expanding our internal marketing team to support performance across Australia and other key markets. We’re looking for a motivated Junior Media Buyer to join us at our Yatala HQ and help manage and optimise our paid advertising campaigns. About the Role As our Junior Media Buyer, you’ll support the day‑to‑day management of our advertising across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. This role is perfect for someone early in their performance marketing career who’s eager to learn, grow, and work hands‑on with a fast‑scaling ecommerce brand. You’ll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to implement campaign strategies, monitor results, and contribute ideas for improving performance. What You’ll Do Manage and monitor daily ad performance across Meta and Google platforms. Build, launch, and optimise campaigns to meet performance targets (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR). Assist in creating and testing new audiences and creative variations. Pull and report campaign data, highlighting trends and insights. Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams on creative direction. Keep up-to-date with platform changes, competitor activity, and digital marketing trends. What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of experience in digital advertising or a related marketing role (agency or in‑house). Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and reporting tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work on‑site in Yatala and collaborate closely with a fast‑paced team. Bonus: Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, or tools like Triple Whale.
