About the Role This is a permanent, full‑time position (38 hours per week) paid under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award, Level 5 rates . You’ll play a key role in the daily operation of the bar — supporting management, leading shifts, and helping our friendly team deliver an exceptional experience to our patrons. The role includes some nights, weekends, and public holidays as part of a permanent roster. Your Responsibilities Lead and support the front‑of‑house team during busy shifts Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation Manage stock, cash handling, and daily bar operations Assist with staff training and rostering Ensure RSA compliance and uphold venue policies About You At least 2 years’ bar or supervisory experience in a busy venue Skilled in making both signature and classic cocktails Current RSA, Food Handling and Approved Manager qualification (mandatory) Strong leadership and communication skills Reliable, organised, and hands‑on approach Able to commit to a permanent work roster including some nights, weekends, and public holidays A genuine love for hospitality and great local produce What We Offer Pay in line with Level 5 HIGA rates Supportive, close‑knit team culture Discounts across Good Hospo Co venues - The Leadlight, Picabar and Percy Flint.
