Are you passionate about pricing strategy, process improvement, and driving commercial success? Boral, Australia’s leading vertically integrated construction materials company, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Pricing Process Specialist to join our Markets and Customer team. As a Pricing Process Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing Boral’s pricing capabilities across our product lines. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams—including Sales, Credit, Finance, IT, and Operations—to streamline pricing processes, implement best practices, and create a seamless customer experience. Your day will involve: Analyse and optimise pricing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy Document pricing processes, workflows, and system configurations to ensure clarity and consistency across teams Collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements to pricing tools and systems Monitor pricing performance and identify opportunities for improvement Support the development and rollout of pricing strategies and governance frameworks Provide training and support to operational teams on pricing systems and protocols Ensure compliance with internal controls and pricing policies What are we looking for?
