Responsibilities Business Development: Proactively identify and engage new clients within the technology sector to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. Talent Acquisition: Source and attract top technology talent for various in-demand roles, aligning candidates with client needs. Client Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their technology hiring needs and deliver customized recruitment solutions. Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates through effective networking, lead generation, and market intelligence. Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Manage the entire recruitment process from job brief to placement, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both clients and candidates. KPI Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed agreed KPIs and revenue targets through strategic placements and proactive business development initiatives. Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and service enhancement. Qualifications Demonstrated experience as a successful Technology Recruitment Consultant, with a strong focus on business development in an agency environment. Proven track record of sourcing and placing high-caliber technology professionals while expanding client relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building trust and rapport with clients and candidates. Results-driven, with a proactive approach to business development and client engagement. Passionate about the technology industry and committed to supporting the growth of tech professionals and organizations. Adaptable and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
