Description Prepare and analyse financial reports to support decision-making processes. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities. Oversee cost control and ensure alignment with organisational objectives. Support month-end and year-end close processes. Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and recommendations. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies. Assist with ad-hoc financial projects as required. Profile A successful Management Accountant should have: A degree or qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Previous experience with PRONTO highly regarded Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards. Experience with financial systems and software. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Proactive problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement. Job Offer Hourly rate between AUD 65 - 85 plus Superannuation.
