We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to take ownership of a high volume and challenging ledger. This is not your average credit control position – you'll be managing multiple layers of complexity in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Manage a high‑volume, multi‑layered debtor ledger Build and maintain strong relationships with Partners, Practice Executives and clients Meet and exceed KPI's in a target‑driven environment Contribute to process improvements and team success About You Minimum 5 years' experience in a credit control function Proven ability to manage complex, high‑volume ledgers Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence – dealing with partners and high‑value clients Vibrant, motivated team player who thrives in a collaborative environment KPI‑driven mindset with a track record of achieving targets Resilient, professional and diplomatic approach to challenging situations Benefits Financial: market‑competitive fixed remuneration, employee recruitment referral program, discounts at hundreds of suppliers including retail outlets, health and travel insurance, charity matched funding program.
