Job Description

About the roleThis role is site based on an 2x1 roster. You will use your people leadership, management skills and commercial mindset to deliver a high performing, profitable branch location. Use your leadership skills and commercial mindset to make a true impact on your people and the branch's performance.In this role your key accountabilities will be to• Take reasonable steps to ensure own safety, health and welfare in the workplace and also safety, health and welfare of others in the workplace• Supervise direct reports to ensure work is undertaken safely• Ensure training is carried out & that reports hold the necessary qualifications to undertake their work safely• Action non-compliant behaviour & investigate incidents• Contribute to a positive safety culture & the achievement / maintenance of our “Destination Zero” objective• Report all hazards, incidents and near misses• Assist the branch managers to ensure all SHEQ inspections are completed for each branch.Desired Skills and Experience
