What You’ll Do Lead by example to deliver amazing guest experiences Keep the venue running and full of good vibes Oversee inventory management and stock control Ensure health & safety standards are always met Recruit, train, and motivate an engaged, high-performing team Manage KPIs including labour, COGs, and P&L performance Who You Are A confident leader with retail or hospitality experience (QSR experience a plus) A people-first person who loves building teams and connecting with guests.
