A Peek Into Your Petstock Day Lead by example, mentoring and inspiring your team daily Support your Store Manager in coaching the team to achieve and develop their knowledge and skills Lead from the front by consistently providing an exceptional customer experience Create a strong safety mindset, committed to fostering a culture of safety within your team Support your Store Manager to manage stock effectively, ensuring accuracy and that the team follows stock integrity processes Assist in managing visual merchandising (VM) of stock displays, ensuring VM standards are consistently maintained Demonstrate initiative by actively keeping your knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services Recruit, onboard, and induct high‑calibre new team members Create a fun, supportive in‑store culture where your team loves coming to work every day Proactively support local marketing opportunities and sponsorships Do you have the below experience and looking to take the next step in your career?
