In this role, you will design and implement contemporary pedagogical practices aligned with the AITSL Professional Standards, guide student growth in both academic and personal domains, and contribute meaningfully to the school’s continuous improvement priorities. Tasks and Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver differentiated lessons across multiple classes Employ inclusive assessment and reporting methods to track student progress Model exemplary classroom management and foster positive student relationships Engage in collaborative curriculum development and data‑driven instruction Participate in Parent / Teacher nights and maintain accurate LMS reports Contribute to pastoral care, house activities, and faith‑formation initiatives Skills and Experience Demonstrated success as a secondary teacher with strong classroom management Contemporary pedagogical skills meeting diverse learning needs Excellent interpersonal, communication, and administrative abilities Proven capacity to work within a collaborative decision‑making structure Strong commitment to Marist spirituality, Catholic ethos, and child safety Qualification Requirements VIT registration and accreditation to teach in a Catholic school Relevant teaching degree (e.g., Bachelor of Education) Ongoing professional learning aligned with VIT and AITSL standards Current Working with Children Check and commitment to child‑safe practices Apply now to become part of a mission‑driven community that empowers students to “strive for the highest with virtue and courage.” #J-18808-Ljbffr
