Stewardship and continuous improvement of cyber security architectures and BAU processes across the organisation. Develop cyber-risk mitigation plans, audit plans, and data-protection plans, and drive the implementation across all security service areas. Provide cyber advisory support and embed a strong cyber-safety culture within staff, promoting cyber resilience across teams. Understand relevant Australian cyber regulatory and compliance requirements, including IPART licence conditions, SOCI Act, Privacy Act, ISO 27001/2, AESCSF, and other energy-sector requirements (as applicable). Drive necessary cyber security activities across onsite and offshore teams to protect business operations and mitigate emerging or operational risks. Ensure adequate coverage for information security policies, standards, and enterprise security architecture patterns. Develop cyber safety indicators and mechanisms that encourage security awareness, including reporting of security events and behaviours. Develop, review, and implement cyber safety policies, security procedures, threat analysis, and cyber-warning assessments. Conduct independent assessments of management, operational, and technical cyber controls across IT and OT environments, ensuring the effectiveness of implemented controls. Conduct regular security reviews and compliance assessments against internal policies and standards. Develop and implement technical risk-management strategies, evaluate remediation approaches, and lead SMEs on security posture improvements. Lead cyber-security improvement initiatives and projects to ensure continuous enhancement of enterprise cyber maturity and resilience.
