We’re seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to step into an exciting Clinical Nurse Educator role. Working in our Private Inpatient Unit, you’ll be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering rehabilitation care while guiding and inspiring nursing staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop into the CNE role in a supported environment, with ongoing growth and learning along the way. As a key educator, you’ll provide clinical teaching and mentoring to nurses at all levels, helping to drive professional development and high-quality, person-centred care. Key responsibilities include : Develop, lead, co-ordinate and implement all structured learning for nurses within the Private Inpatient Unit at Royal Rehab. Clinical teaching, skill accreditation and professional development support for both nursing staff and students. Mandatory training compliance. Participate in delivery of hospital orientation. About you.. We seek a self-motivated and friendly individual with : Essential Criteria : Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA. Post registration qualifications in neurological, orthopaedic or rehabilitation nursing or 5 years’ experience working in rehabilitation. Qualification in Workplace Assessment and Training (or working towards). Demonstrated evidence of clinical teaching. Excellent communication skills and solid interpersonal skills. Demonstrated high level computer skills – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Demonstrated use of evidenced based practice. Your Royal Rewards...
